NeoGrowth Impact Report: INR 1680 Crore Disbursed to 9000 Women Entrepreneurs in 3 Years

Mumbai: Fintech NBFC NeoGrowth has supported over 9,000 women entrepreneurs in the last three years by disbursing more than ₹1,680 crore, as revealed in the 11th edition of its Impact Report.

In FY 2024–25 alone, women-led enterprises represented 25% of total disbursals by value, highlighting the company’s strong commitment to inclusive growth in India’s MSME sector.

According to the report, nearly 80% of NeoGrowth customers are first-generation entrepreneurs with no inherited business background. Tailored financing solutions have enabled these entrepreneurs to expand, digitize operations, and generate employment.

Tier II cities contributed 27% of the loans disbursed, underscoring the NBFC’s role in strengthening local economies and advancing nation-building through entrepreneurship support outside metro hubs.

A Multi-Pronged Impact Approach by NeoGrowth

The Impact Report details how NeoGrowth integrates inclusive lending, technology-driven underwriting, and responsible governance to create sustainable value. The company’s lending framework is aligned with six United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including Gender Equality and Decent Work and Economic Growth.
